THE ART SHED

What used to be the grandchildren’s playhouse is now converted into my art studio, I often throw open the French doors and listen to the birds chirp while i create. The art shed is small but works for me.

County Mayo for an artist retreat hosted by The International Association of Encaustic Artists. I learned encaustic (manipulating beeswax and Demar resin with a blowtorch) from Alicia Tormey.
